Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the TradeSite USA website, checkout, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Tradesite USA LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What we sell
We provide digital services for trade shops, which may include website setup, lead-handling software, and bid-draft tools, as described at checkout. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee lead volume, rankings, revenue, or job wins.
3. Billing
Setup fees and subscriptions are charged through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices shown at checkout control. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel future renewals by emailing isaac@tradesiteusa.com; access continues through the paid period. Fees already charged are not refundable unless required by law or we expressly agree in writing.
4. Your content and accounts
You keep ownership of materials you upload (logos, photos, price sheets, drawings). You grant us a license to use them only to deliver the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure.
5. AI drafts are not bids
Estimate and takeoff outputs are drafts for your review. They are not licensed bids, engineering advice, or offers to your customers until a human from your shop reviews and approves them. You are solely responsible for prices you send to customers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to spam or harass. We may suspend accounts that create legal, security, or abuse risk.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Michigan have exclusive venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
